By: Uliana Ludekens on 12 February 2018After buying a filter for my spa about 12mths ago, I went to finally put it in my spa but, even though it looked perfect, it wasn’t quite right and wouldn’t screw in. I took it to the service counter at Endless Spa and was helped by Diana who went over and above not to make me feel completely stupid for coming in a year later without a receipt and hoping for some help. She got approval to give me one of their ‘seconds’ filter which is perfect!! This is not the first time I’ve been given exceptional service. Great company!
